Quality of pc connection

i have had a new TV that has a pc connection on it. if i play my xbox 360 through this will it be worse than the leads the 360 comes with

    my 360 has 720p HD through 5 leads i have just got a panasonic viera plasma and i need to free up some connections on my TV so i was wondering about putting my 360 through the pc connection on the back of the TV my book says its "D-sub 15p"

    id stick with the component connection for the xbox as you will get a better picture. you might want to think about buying a switch if you have too many inputs. i had the same problem but i decided to buy a cheep 5.1 reciever. cured all the input problems and gave me DTS to boot.
