Cheating a little as this is from work. Our bandwidth is actually FAR greater than that, but I think we rate limit individual connections.

 

At home I have 2Mbit SDSL, so all you suckers with only 256kbit-384kbit uploads - dream on ! LOL :tongue:

TBH as long as you getting 2000+ then i dont think it makes too much difference as you can only go as fast as the webpage or download server anyway.

 

Ive downloaded loads of stuff in my time and ive never had more than 4 or 500 kbps download speeds for films etc

 

Also goes to show whos at work and whos not :D

I know mines crap im to far away from the exchange to get a good speed, nothing to do with ISP normaly, distance to exchange

 

rockin and a rollin on those speeds lol

i get roughly 5Mb downstream and 1Mb Upstream, (using bethere; live not so close to the exchange so nowhere near the 24downstream potential).

 

at work i have a 30Mb up and downstream 1:1 fibre connection :D

that site is terrible, too much load from speed tests, gives poor and inconsistant throughput.
