Im just starting the proceedings to get my bank charges back. Im with halifax and they are £39 a time. I know that not incuring them in the first place is the way to go but sometimes these things happen (more so with the z!!)

 

I've decided to get a company to do it for me. They take 25% of the final outcome which i'm perfectly happy with.

my missus did it and she downloaded a letter from t'internet and a company got her over 500 quid back cant remember the name of the company cos i dont get bank charges on the count that i have no money lol

Don't use a company mate, its not that tricky! I got 3,400 from RBS easily enough and got a major service done on the car.

does this work for credit cards too? i've been fined a couple of times for a late payment on my card.
