I received an NIP today which is all above board (well the details are correct anyway)
I was caught by one of the static vans doing 58 in a 50 limit. I don't deny that allowing for the ACPO guidelines of 10% + 2mph I was 1 mile an hour over these but FFS ... :headvswal
Is it worth me just filling in a pace document and going to court after asking for evidence of calibration etc .. or do I just bite the bullet and get the points?
Anybody got any advice? I won't lie and tell them I wasn't driving or don't know who was as I was driving.
