last night i downloaded.

I remember the graphics being better than they were, i thought it was rather pixely and allot of jagged edges.

 

Maybe i just can't remember it too good but i'm sure they were better than that on the 64.

 

Anyway it was good to play mario again, lylat wars got rather boring too quickly and mario kart 64 is the best one in my opinion for multiplayer fun.

wii download games for the n64 are better graphics than the n64 because of no z buffering and the have been tweeked for VC

and i was thinking they didn't look particuly that good lol. They must of been pants on the N64 although i was happy with them at the time.

To download games you need to set your wii up on a wireless broadband connection not unless you buy the usb adapter to plug a network cable into it.

 

Once you have done either of them, from the wii menu where the game select is and the mii man etc. there is a shopping channel, select that and then you can download software or games. get all the software downloads as they are free.

 

In the game section you can select games from consoles, they add more games from time to time so keep checking. This is unlike xbox live they arnt new games but are Retro ones from the old consoles.

 

keep in mind though that you only have so much storage space as these games are kept on the machine. Also to buy will points to buy the games with it's no cheaper to buy the cards so you might aswell just buy them online via a debit/credit card. (retail prices). the n64 games are 1000 points which will cost you £7
