One of my mates lives a few hundred yards from the

alleyway where jimmy 'boned' stef. Didn't leslie ash look

fit in quadrophenia!

Used to go on the scooter rallies back in the day, never been to

brighton though, done the i.o.w a few times, remember in '87

there was a hells angels rally on the island at the same time as

the scooter rally!...CHAOS!..... :mac1:

Still got my jacket with all the paddy smiths sewn on somewhere.

The 60's & 70's was the main era of the Mods and Rockers. Scooters and Triumphs ect ect. I was a cross between a Skinhead and a Mod I spose? I had Levi's jeans and Levi's Sta-Press and the Ben Sherman shirts with the pleat down the back loafers or brogues. I also had a Crombi coat YES! with the silk hanky poking out of the pocket and the Blue and White scarf. But I didnt have the cropped hair (me mum wouldn't let me) :rofl: so I think I fell into the catagory of a Smoothie? All I know is I fitted in well with the rest of the Millwall supporters. Happy days. :cool:
