hi peeps just got back from york dragway where they had the moddified nationals day and i must say what a day there was some awesome machinery there, american muscle , jap cars, trucks and unfortunately loads of scoobys and bikes my ears are still ringing and im still nursing a semi

im so impressed with it im getting a helmet and going in for it next time it was well worth a tenner and i can recommend it check it out at the website

i was there sunday, ran a 13.8@103mph against a little caterham thingy (super 7?) that got a 13.2 and he was runnin slicks and a flappy paddle gearbox so i dont think i did too bad! came 7th in my class, they had a jet car on that almost sucked my head inside out when it went past, got plenty pix and vids on me fone but dunno how to get em from phone to comp :cry:

yeah it was a top day but forgot camera and took camcorder instead im in the process of transfering it to disc so will post them up when ive done it

I was there on the Monday, dont remember seeing a red Z although I did leave early and Im sure one did pass me on the naff road out of the place.

and aye thats the jeep , the one pulling wheelies PMSL, one of the marshal's nearly shat himself when it nearly took off over the barrier.
