Well just paid for Japfest Sat 19th May, how many other Welsh members are going ??

Thats fine if you wanna sit in your car for 2 hours when you get there. I'm leaving at 8am and the journey takes 30mins, if anyone wants to go later and meet at Magor about 8.15am then that's cool with me.

I met up with the southwest lot last year at Aust services at 6:00am we left at about 6:30 - 6:45 we didn't hit any traffic going in and parked right at the front of the stand.

 

So if anyone else wants to go later carry on...but personally I'd rather go earlier and avoid traffic.

so far we have my zx, 2 impreza's, supra, skyline (maybe 2??), an FTO, a gt4 celica, and maybe 1 or 2 mr2's.

 

If you guys are meeting up at newport serivce's let me know what time and we could meet you there on the way down......

 

We are all cardiff/ponty/caerphilly based so prob meet @ asda car park off junc 32 in the mornin.

 

As this will be my first jas fest... could someone tell me the price of entry and where i can pay please??

11 in advance, and 14 at the gate...I'm waiting to see how the weather is...for the sake of 3 quid...

 

I think the current plan is to meet at Magor Services at 06:00 then to infinity...and beyond...I wonder how many of us will get booked that day....

 

FYI EVERYONE....when we drive through the town of Castle Combe...OBEY the speed limit, they regularly put mobile camera's in place during such event...but of course its a safety thing not revenue generation at all.... :)

If the Welsh lot all meet at 06:00 at Magor sevices then we can meet up with the South West lot at Aust services on the way there...

Its looking quite likely at the mo might Z will be ready in time :nana2: :nana2:

Sorry to say if you haven't paid me yet then I'm out of tickets BUT I do have vehicle passes and you can just pay at the gate £14 per person - Without a vehicle pass you will be in the general parking!!!

 

Have had a letter from the organisers and they say the Police were cracking down on "show" plates outside the circuit last year!

 

I should be there by 7.30 at the latest - look forward to seeing you all there

I'm still going but as Castle Combe is only 30 mins away from Newport Im planning on leaving about 8.20. See you all there :)

The south west are meeting at gorlando services and not till 8.15, no mention of Aust services.
