Hey - I'm back - at last - couldn't make the meet tonight as stuck at work (again) - but need to earn the pennies to pay for this lot ...

 

All work finally finished - only taken me since January to get the parts - time and cash together ..

 

New Exhaust (Mongoose) - 4 new tyres - completely replaced suspension bushes throughout (Bust Poly kit from US) - new brake pipes and lines throughout (Goodridge kit) - new Anti Roll bar link assemblies - new brake pads front and back

 

The Goodridge Brake lines were far too long for the rear so I got Stainless pipes made up to order by a local Pipe Fabrication specialist - who then stung me £80 for the privilidge !

 

My mechanic has vowed never to do another Suspension bush replacement on a 300 ever again - took him hours and hours - had to drop the whole rear suspension and diff assembly out - took 4 of us to lift it down onto the supports ! - gave me a lovely bill at the end of the work as well ..!!

 

Then the £180 odd Tax - £50 for the MOT (passed - no warnings at all !!) - Innsurance renewal etc etc

 

So - when I can afford to fill her up with Petrol sometime soon I hope to be able to make it to a local meet in the next month or so !

 

But at least she's back on the road !
