tailgate weight

my tailgate weighs a fookin tonne! (got a veilside c2 spoiler on 'er)

 

can i remove the tailgate weight?

is it easy to remove?

    its the bloody great shop front plate glass window that adds to the weight you could put a tail gate tub on though

    You have the C2? Got any pics, only other car I've seen that on is Syko's.

    this is the only pic i've got that isn't too big,

     

    it was o.k. to fit, took about an hour, had to drill for the arms but i think it looks crackin :nana2:

    never fitted 1 but they fit in place of the windscreen im sure they cant be that hard to fit
