I know that for a fact as I can't get to 40 by the time I spotted them

you should try it on a motor bike, i went passed one at the end of my road sitting at 45mph, nothing....nothing.... nothing..... and when i was virtually on top of it i was doing 78 mph?

As we all see this as a money making scheme we should all have our day in court.

 

Surely if everybody who gets done for minor traffic offences did this the justice system would come to a shuddering hault.

 

I am not sure about this but I believe you can also ask for the trainning certificate of the officer who was using the equipment.

 

When I got one I just sent it back saying that I hadn't received it within date. They then sent it back saying they have to send it within 14 days. I then returned it saying I didn't know who was driving and I heard no more. Don't ask to see the photo as you could probably rely on this in court as a last resort. I also believe that the photo can't be used to identify the driver.

Right its now three calander months since the alleged offence and I have received two letters asking me to incriminate myself, like yeah just give me a list of all your unsolved crimes and i'll see what I can do.

 

I have just looked at the last letter and it was dated 26 April and since I have received nothing so fingers crossed thats the end of it.
