Came across this pic on a Japanese Car site. The comment on the pipes was that it followed the normal Japanese welding finish. Makes you appreciate the workmanship that Smithy's company put into their pipes for us.

no the preffered method for harpipes is to weld them into the particular car, just the way they do things there, because they use a different steel, which does not heat at all, but is not very easy to mould as a one piece, well thats how i understood it lol.

Looks crap though, well to me.

 

But I suppose Pringle Argyle jumpers look awful too me but lots seem to like them, matter of taste or concept of fashion I suppose.
