Amazing piece of CNC production

A complete V8 block made on CNC. Fascinating to watch, it's about 11 mins long but watching it is absolutely riveting!

    its a shame thats is only a demo piece that they use for shows. i go to the machine exibition in bermingham every 2 years its facinating watching these machines throw metal about like they do.

    soo much cheaper to cast alloy . the machined alloy block as seen there tho would make for a fantastically strong engine.

    I was going to say the casting quality is always going to have weak points whereas that block will be as strong all the way through it and very lightweight
