standing order doh!!

oh dear i'm such a good tenent that i have paid my rent twice today!!!!! :headvswal

it was being paid via standing order but we decided to change it into caz's account but i forgot to cancel the order from mine. so a double payment has been made. do you recon the agency will refund me it back as i am now at the limit of my overdraft!!! :wack:

 

need to get some things for the z too which is really annoying LOL

    Yes they will but you need to let them know about it. It may take some time for them to process it and refund it but there is no reason why they would hold on to the extra payment.

     

    One of our tenants did this and our letting agency (at the time) refunded the payment within 10 working days.

    thanks danny. iu gave them a call this morning and they said as soon as they see the payment they will refund it straight away. :dance:
