February 8, 200718 yr Yep, I'm with NTL and the blasted people cut me off for about 7 hours ealier this week because they thought I hadn't paid the bill. :rant: :rant: :rant: Oh and they tried to tell me at first I'd got a problem with my pc, and could I go onto the net and........ Stupid bunch of idots I'd not got any internet or cable TV channels or Cable phone because they'd suspended my account. Good job I still have a BT landline. Three hours later they tell me it's because you haven't paid your bill. Arrrrggggghhhhh yes I had by directed payment. No you haven't, oh yes you have but you'll have to wait 5 days now. They were told to get it sorted and made a complaint about their dreadfull customer serve now we now have half price services for this month because they made the error. :D :D
February 8, 200718 yr LOL had that before with Telewest, oh hang on, I HADN'T paid the bill :D According to the bumf through the post the new services should be quite interesting - way better than Sky+ and superb internet connection speeds....
