my mate used to have an extremely fast maestro turbo, it started out as a standard british racing green turbo then he spent shit loads on it, around 350 bhp i think (well it was quick for its time, about tweleve years ago) then he painted it whith a white roof, then half way down light blue then the rest was dark blue (agaiun for the time it looked great, actually it wasnt that bad) then he painted it daytona orange, not sure what happened to it after that (think it got traded in for a supra) was well known around the sunderland area

 

will see if i can get some pics off him the next time i see him

The gear boxes and engines were fine on the Rovers, but the bodywork was made out of cardboard, in fact no, cardboard lasts longer. ;) :rofl:
