a defrag wont do any harm so give it a try. what version of windows are you running, and also how much memory have you got installed?

deleating the cookies and empty the temp internet files will slightly improve your PC's performance.

How do i do that?

in IE Go to tools/Internet options/Delete files and click all offline content, You can also delete cookies there but make sure you know all your passwords etc because anything you have ticked "Remember Password" will be deleted

Can`t remember how to do the defrag. I cant find the program or how to open it. Can I have an abc please.
