Help! - PC File recovery

My PC took a nasty knock, and turned itself off. On restart I discovered It had reverted back to what looked like a fresh windows install as I had lost everything inside the (c:/documnts and settings > username > local settings) folder.

Managed to sort most stuff out by setting everything back up, except microsoft outlook !

My outlook .PST File is lost !

Im quite a heavy outlook user with several years worth of of emails, contacts, calendar, notes..etc...that i rely on for personal and business !!

Searched hard disk, its not there.....what can I do ?

iolo search and recover, magic file recovery. just google for them.

Ps if this is the pc that lost the data DONT USE IT you could overwrite where the data is there. just put the hard drive in another pc if you have it and run the recovery tools listed above.
