Apparently it was the Lithuanian in 2002, Savickas. Seem to remember there being some contention though. A lot of people said he's in fact the strongest as he's beaten Puds many times over in other comps. But the title is the title and I wouldn't like to argue with him Lol! :D ;)

A neighbour and close friend competed in this about five years ago. Didnt get to the final but got on the tv, the huge ' Stumpy ' all four foot ten of muscle, from Barnsley.

Me Too, I guess the good life he's had over the past few years made him a little sloppy. Pfister was one mean mother though, SO hungry for it, don't think I have ever seen a guy try so hard in WSM in the past.

 

I would love to know what happened to Savickas though, sure he could do em both if he tried :smash:
