I'm trying to find the Divorce Court Fees on the http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/infoabout/divorce/index.htm web site! Simple enough I hear you say!! Oh no it bloody isnt :rant:

 

So I challenge anyone to find the correct fee for me :D I'll be useing forms D8 and D8A.

I know, already done that bit when I sold the family home three years ago!!!!!

I just thought it's about time we made it official ;) We are amicable about it and we are all agreed on the details, so it's just a case of filling the forms in and waiting six months ;)
