nah just pissed off with work at the mo and it really offected my training aswell today, normally i never let anything destract me, but i was so fuking wound up. and i hate fuking skaving twats aswell.............(ppl that dont want to work but wanna get paid for it)

yep understand that when i get wound up it fooks my training up too i come out the gym feeling i aint done enough then get the hump even more

i normally go into the gym buzzing and do a massive work out every time, i was in there for 20 mins and i switched off i was that pissed off

you would hate my job bud lol, i have to look after bedsits full of lazy *******s who think life has sprung them a bad deal just cause they cant be arsed to work and they drink beer all day
