Orange is well known at the moment for being rubbish - Cross your fingers and hope it gets sorted is all you can do.....Oh and make sure you log a call each day so if it goes on too long you can claim breach of contract and go somewhere else....

Found out that the tw@ts had removed broadband from my phone line. They didn't know why, they 'thought' it may have been because I migrated to TalkTalk over two months ago but cancelled the very same day because they were shite and went straight back to Orange. But that was not the reason and they could not find any reason why. I have no broadband tags on my line from ANY supplier, not even Orange

Now I have to wait up to 10 fooking days to be reconnected. Fooking raging.

Bunch of cnuts !!!!! :headvswal :xxx:

Strange that! I've been on talktalk for 2 months now and have had no problems at all, not even one disconnection. Must admit the speed is slower than my plusnet connection but I must admit I am quite impressed! Still able to play online games like EVE and Americas Army no problem. Think it depends what area you live in, my ex is in London and she is having problems with disconnections.
