Relax in a hot bath with a lemsip, made from lemonade, not water.

 

A bottle of red wine, something heavy, a red Merlot or summit.

 

The hottest curry or chilli you can handle, 2 500ml Ibuprofen and then an early night.

 

Apparently the red wine thins the blood and really lets the Ibuprofen do its job. You tend to sweat a tadge, but 2 nights in a row cured mine last week.
