I start my new job on Monday with the London Underground. Looking forward to the change and I wont miss the fookin M6 I can assure you. The money aint as good but the benefits greatly outweigh the loss of cash. I will survive.

Good luck with the new job vini, just watch out for all those giant man eating rats down there. I start a new job in a couple of weeks, like you its less money but I will be working much better hours and should be a lot happier.

have fun!! And good luck! x

Brill matey, any idea which line you'll be on yet? :)

I hear the circular is always good although the district is slightly more picturesque :D

I love the underground myself, spent many a weekend flying round on it.

Best of luck matey!

Nick

Thanks chaps much appreciated. I will stay in contact Pete and drop in when I go up north buddy. The job needs a 10 week conversion course and then I will back on nights. By then I think I will ready. But yes I am looking forward to having a job 35 hours per week instead of 54 with all the benefits of a proper job and not contracting like I have been fo almost two years.
