say you're driving down a deserted, straight, dry, well surfaced road in a 60mph limit doing 60.

nothing around apart from a very small bush in the distance and the kind of enticing road that entices you to go a bit faster.

you gentle accelerate very slightly to 65.

then a copper jumps out of the bush, speed gun in hand and pulls you over to take your licence off you for speeding in a dangerous manner.

in law he's right but you know he's not morally right.

 

same situation but a 30 limit, poor road in the wet and you're doing 35 trying to get home.

another copper comes out, pulls you to one side and has a word in your ear.

he says "i know you werent doing much wrong but remember the speed limit and stick to 30 as its safer for everyone and i dont want to nick you"

 

same 30mph limit, same conditions, another copper pulls you over and says "you werent doing much but if i catch you doing it again i'll have your licence"

 

 

which driver would you rather be, which copper would you rather be and why? :smash:

The first copper is a fookin b'strd for being a sneaky tw@. the second is a fookin liar because in reality he does want to nick you why else would he be a cop? So I would rather be pulled up by the third. He is honest and wants to nip it in the bud.

I suppose I'd simply be 2 or 3. Purely because they don't get fined or sent on stupid speed awareness courses that are designed to convince you you're a crap driver. Oh yeah I went on one of those and I'm a crap driver.

id not be any of em , i would be the z driver who mowed the feckers down and then traced their families and chopped em up and posted em to the himulayahs and then put himself forward for the events organiser and got everyone to an event and hypnotically controlled all the attendees to give me their z's and then make them all think they were chickuns for the rest of their life...im fine thx

Reason, people who get caught speeding should be nicked, end of. Not a little word in the ear NICKED!

 

If your gonna do the job of stopping people speeding then do it properly and uphold it. Be no different to if a copper caught someone breaking into your house and just had a word in their ear not to do it again. We all have a choice people, if you don’t wanna get caught speeding the answer is easy, DONT SPEED. If you do get caught, don’t piss, shit or moan about it, you know what the law is, you broke it and were dumb enough to get yourself caught so accept your own stupidity and carry on.

 

Now who will be the first to say I don’t belong on this forum cos of the above statement? Seams to be the norm on here these days.
