as above when i try to play anything its very black and cant hardly see anything

is it just when you try to play in media player and the rest of the screen is ok?

if thats the case try to use a different video player like VLC (http://www.videolan.org) and then see if that makes any difference. if not post back up

that does the same. it was all working fine and i downloaded WMP 11 and this happened i uninstalled but still the same

done it all the colours and brightness for playback on my pc were turned off :slap:

I've just downloaded WMP 11, and am still playing around with it. Not too bad so far.
