That when someone posts up a serious thread requiring assistance there's alway one complete a******h***e who takes the P!ss, and calls you a :xxx:

Even though everybody else is really helpful and nice, it make you feel mad and stupid for asking for help in the first place. It just ruins everything.

I am really p!ssed off now and very upset, sometimes some people in this club should think about, what they are doing good job I'm not a newbie or I'd think what an unfreindly club if when I ask for help/advice all I get in return is some :xxx: making fun and picking fault and generally being insulting.

Too many keyboard ninja's on here, who dont know

the answer, so just take the piss instead!

Post whores?

Just ignore em (unless it was me LOL)

Mindless keyboard warriors with nowt else to do other than fook people off, there are loads on here/other forums! unffortunaely thats just the way it is. :(

Thanks chaps I have sent him an angry pm lol and are now feeling a bit better

Sorry to say, but long standing members are getting pissed off every day in this club......

it not what it used to be thats for sure, and no one with the ability to change it,is the type of person to change it for the better

I totally agree with you. It is one of the reasons I come and go so much. You ask for help or you try to help and you just get ridiculed for it.

But it wouldn't be so bad if the ****er just did the 1 post and people ignored it, but people take the bait and the thread just goes off topic.

seen it so many times

gotta say thats happened to me a few times too. usually i get my big ideas, ask for opinions and because people havent gone there before they take the mick. i dont see the point. i put up a thread earlier asking about internals and as far as i know, no one has replied to it yet but when they do i can guarantee that it'll either be someone who really knows what they're on about or the usual ninnies making out like its pie in the sky, it'll never happen, etc.

wander why its taking so long for the VG30 to get to the power levels of RB26's, 2JZ's, 13B's, etc

could it just be that some people are too set in their ways?

someone got the mick took out of them on here a while back after asking about how to make his Z faster just because he was 19(i think) and everyone was saying he'd never be able to afford it.

as far as i know, he went and brought a skyline instead.

if i hadnt been on here so long i must admit that i'd be very sceptical about joining based on the impression some on here give.

'course, the long termers and normal people are dead good and there's still a bit of community sense. lets try and keep it and hound the d1ckh34ds instead.

si.

Sounds about right. Poor lad and we all know there are some great nice and helpfull people in this club too but they always get overshadowed by the numpties, who give an otherwise great club a bad name.

I noticed when I first joined the club that whereas most were really great there were one or two members who made stupid little remarks about the amount of woman joining the forum. Good job I'm not afraid to voice my displeasure and will stand and defend my corner LOL

However for others like the lad above it can be most off putting and even turn people against the club the people and the car.

it pi$$es me off when someone totally diverts from the topic by starting off a conversation with another poster in someone else's thread. either use msn or start a new thread dammit!!!! :wack:

Have you all finished whingin yet :x: :x:

No don't jump on me, I'm just being one of those people that annoys

The problem is in my eyes that peoples sense of humour does not always translate to the page very well, I had a post up a while back and someone jumped in and upset me, I had a think on it and calmed down, I then met the guy and found him to be a top bloke, nutter but a top bloke anyway. Think my point is not all peeps are :xxx: but sometimes don't realise they upset or offend.

It is good to vent some vexation but think about it, everyone gets pissed off with even the ones they love at times when the ones they love are completely oblivious to what they have done.

So my message is, and finaly, chill out abit and smile more.

Oh and no hyjacking the threads, thats for you Dave :)

Scrawni

set the dogs on him miss drift, i agree with skyline dave keep to the point of the thread, if you have something to say, start another thread, if you cant input something helpful on the topic, then read it, and leave it to others, sure there is threads that you know are going to wind people up, they can be very funny, but when you start insulting someone who is just looking for advice, then your screwing it up for all.

If people pee you off, or cant take what they are dishing out, then they should have the nuts to open an apology thread.

Badck to remove the engine. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH.

I think we have all had a piece of that pie, put up a serious thread and got the piss taken out of us i know i have, but there is a difference in taking the piss and haveing a bit of a laugh a bit of banter never hurt anyone if its not insulting anyone, i know i havnt been on the site as long as some but sometimes the site can get a little to serious and i think some people like to have a laugh and lighten the site up but dont know how far to go and can go a bit too far which others may take as an insult or being plain rude

At least you lot are getting replies! My threads asking for help always seems to just drop off somewhere without any answers of any sort! Quite annoying as this gives the forum the impression that no one is willing to help, even though I know there's plenty people on here who could do so!

well i always ask for help about the silliest of things and have never had a problem (probably because they pitty my lack of knowledge) but the only stupid question is one that is not asked. Thats how we learn in life, maybe people should remember that.

yeah i know what you mean mate sometimes it can seem like that i think we all have put posts up and got no replies :)

 im impressed sarah: serious, i didnt know you was so wise  :)

I think I've got alot more posts with no replies then most! Not to worry anyway, I've learnt quite alot messing around with the Z myself and do have quite a bit of know how. But I still think it would have been nice if there was people out there who are willing to share their own know how with others and reply with something nice.

For me I do think this forum has become quite unwelcoming for newbies. I know when I was lurking around when I first joined up before I even had a Z that the people on here where more helpful. I'm quite pissed off with the lack of help on this forum sometimes that I'm now on a mission to help as many people as I can if know how! This is prob also the reason why I'm unlikey to turn up to most of the meets, dont like politics!

it does seem like you can be alianated sometimes i've felt like that once or twice myself but i think if you go along to some of the meets people will get to know you a bit more as people are just a name on the screen not a person anyone can relate to i'm going to my first meet at blue water tuesday hopefully get to know a few members and maybe make a few new friends :)

thats probably because us guys will all fall over ourselves to help a pretty girl. you girls have that power over us guys sarah. thats why you always get help i would say. im probably gonna get slated for saying it but its true. take advantage of it i say. lol

I've seen some stuff that I didn't think was on. I'm happy to help anyone if I can and I don't take the p*ss. :D
