right im thinking along the lines of meeting at the angel of the north pub, it was the first meet i atended and a few members have said it was a good venue

 

get there for 11-11.30, have some lunch and some pics, then if anyones interested we could have it on the same day as the japnorth east meet at the stadium so then convoy to sunderland

 

been there a few times and it gets a lot of cars (not many zeds) also has a chance of entering a competition, it would also be a chance to represent our newest north east trader (peter at pps)

 

let me know what you think, i also have some other places in mind, but i like the sound of this meet

It looks like no one’s up for the angle of the north, not to keen on Gateshead myself to be honest. I think the Pullman Lodge Hotel Whitburn Road, Seaburn just outside of Sunderland on the sea front would be good.

why dont we have 2 meets, sutton bank seemed like the best idea to me. use the cars for what they are ment to be used for. or look at them at the stadium? sorry now, just my opinion!

We can always do Sutton Bank in November and Seaburn in December. It's not as if next month is the last meet for a year or anything like that.

He's doing this as a favour for Apache, as he's away on his jollies.

Sutton Banks got a gr8 view, I used to fly a glider off there a couple of times.

Its not that I want to disrupt any meet thats arranged up the A1....but I work for myself and what ever time I take off needs to be worthwhile for me and the missus, otherwise she'll.... :slap:
