gonna try my hand at welding anyone know of a good fairly cheap welder only gonna be used of fairly thin metal stainless and mild.thanks in advance :)

a welder might be better than your hand, i find hands are ok but it kinda burns when the spark comes out.

nope not straight away but i want a welder that can cope with stainless should i ever be able to :)

Most migs will be good enough to weld mild steal but you need a good one to do thin metal and I wouldn't get a gasless, they don't have anything to cool the weld down with and you end up blowing holes.

I have a clarke tig welder that i have used one but not needed anymore?? PM me if your interested :)
