Switching Proxy's?

Been thinking that maybe it's a good idea to increase my privacy while on the 'net and so recently I downloaded the Firefox SwitchProxy add-on. However, being a bit of a Luddite I'm not entirely sure how to use it! :wack: Would someone mind posting up a walkthrough (for the hard of thinking) on how best to obtain and implement a list of alternating anonymous proxy's?

Cheers,

Leigh

Sorted. And then some! :D

Installed Tor (http://tor.eff.org/overview.html.en) with Privoxy and Vidalia, configured them to work with SwitchProxy and it's running a treat. There's a noticeable decrease in speed but I can live with that no problem. If it's good enough for the U.S. Navy it's good enough for me :D ;)
