i think one of my cylinder heads is new or reconditioned. after i pulled the engine i noticed it is considerably newer than the other one. the camshafts are new aswell. why would this be and where would you get a reconditioned head from?

probably not brand new mate, i should imagine there was a problem with that head down the line, at an engineers it normally gets acid cleaned hence why it looks new :cool:

r rite. the camshafts are different aswell tho. they have numbers stamped in the u shaped bits that hold the cams in. dont on other head
