I've had a Karcher 300b for about 4 years - cost about £100 back then but it's been excellent :D Have used it for hours on end cleaning patios and the conservatory with no probs - I think it's got ceramic components tho' which helps.

Thats because they take ages to wash anything down with a nozzle spray of a little over 3.5". They are ok for wetting car but useless for anything else. :D

Seriously though they aren't bad for the money, but you do get what you pay for.

My mate works for karcher and in his own words THERE OVER PRICED CRAP.

I got a cheap one first.........and It was fooked after using it 3 times.

I now have one of those yellow ones (£130) which name I can't spell, lol, and its done a good job of the block paving so far but used only once, I won't be touching cars with it though its a bit mean.

Had my karcher for 7yrs, used it most weekends, cars, motocross

bikes etc. Only recently let me down, so i went out and bought

another karcher, i'm a firm believer of 'sticking with what you know'.

I've had this one from Wickes mate for a year and a half and its been absolutely brilliant. I buy and sell cars from home so this thing gets used at least 2-3 times a week and I've had no problems, it's also very powerful ;)
