    That's a sore point!!!

    His is about 3 times more work than mine, as mine is just engine swap and throw interior away and even that is taking for ever.

    I'd guess mine will be done in 2009, Leigh's in 2050 at current work rates!!

    deve8uk: don't think you're quite grasping the magnitude of the build old chap. As John alluded to, not only are we transplanting a VH each (cue much head scratching, a mountain of fabrication work and the inevitable waiting around for it to be done) but my car has literally been stripped to it's shell and the bodywork that's being undertaken is totally custom. The only "off the shelf" parts are the Veilside wing mirrors and 99 spec front bumper and even those are being changed! And I haven't even mentioned the interior build.....

     

    I have all the time in the world for this one. It's a once in a lifetime build for me and I can't envisage ever doing the same again TBH.

    Been promised can get in the workshop in the next few weeks to get going on stuff, seems like ages since I've even touched it to be honest :(
