For any Steven Seagal fans out there (and don't already know) he's got another film out shortly...... It's called Shadow Man, and is out on 30th October.

ah, definitely different film. Glimmer Man had Brian Cox (the best Hannibal Lector) in as the baddy and when Seagal still hada semblance of a waistline.

I doubt it was made in 99, as I'm always on the imdb.com web site, and it was still in post production on a month ago, and had only completed filming earlier this summer.
