No. Justice All the way! One rule for us and another for them!...If he needs to get used to the car handling at high speed he should do it on track like the rest of us!

 

He should also know how how to handle it before he took it out anyway in case he was involved in high speed pursuits?!!

 

I did like the juges comments in the previous case aquital though...something to do with the roads being quiet at that time of the morning etc etc!!... Have you tried to use that defence on the side of the road with uncle plod or in a courtroom?...doesn't hold much weight and the last time i pointed that out in the early hours i had to..."yes sir, no sir" and accept the points!

 

Think he'll be quoted in many a roadside discussion for some time to come!!

I think it sucks...he should have faced the same penalties as a member of the public would have. Another failing of the farcical British justice system.

 

Still, he could take up shoplifting...at least then he would be guaranteed not to face any kind of punishment.!!!
