I read the filth are now stopping motorists and giving them on the spot eye tests ffs!

 

All this goes on while a young 22 year old farther is gunned down in cold blood, even after being attacked and having his face slashed for trying to protect his family, this wouldnt of happened if our law inforcement orificers had done what they are payed to do and follow up any complaints, and a babby wouldnt be without a farther tonight.

 

About time they got their prioritys right and stop hitting the innocent and put an end to this type of uneccercery violence by young thugs.

while i see your point about wanting your kids to walk the streets safely, i also dont want them mowed down by some vain twat not wanting to wear the glasses they need.

i cant see a problem, im sure they will only do it if they observe a reason too.

i to can understand, dont get me wrong, thats why when motorists get to a certain age they have to have medicals to see if they are fit to drive.

 

Im saying it seems a waste of police resources when more effort can be put into putting bobbys back on the beat and helping to keep the streets safer from these yobs that are the proberbly very same type who would steal your car and can quite easily mo your kids down?

To be honest the whole highway code and testing system needs to be addressed and changed.

 

Some of my rants;

 

People should be retested at LEAST every 8-10 years. I am a qualified light aircraft pilot and I have to retest every 2 years, and clock a certain amount of airtime every year. There are a thousand fold more cars on the road than there are planes in the sky.

 

People who fail their driving test more than 3 times should not be allowed to retake their test unless they learn how to drive properly on a “special” course. If you cant pass in 3 attempts, you should not be driving - its not a right, its a privilege.

 

Every time coppers scan your car with the mobile hand guns, the fact that you are not speeding should be recorded on your driving license (positive reinforcement).

 

People who feel the need to speed near schools (20 mph zones) should be banned from driving on their first offence. I can see why people cruise on the motorway at 100+ mph, but to speed in build up areas - you are a t*at, get off the road.

 

The 70mph speed limit on the motorway should be variable. At 3am a 70mph limit is completely unnecessary.

 

Kids should be taught “car shop” in schools. The majority of people spend the rest of their lives driving a vehicle – if they knew how to correctly maintain, handle and control it from a young age, I’m fairly confident that the situation on the roads would be a lot better.

 

At the end of the day we live in a touchy feely society that has to be politically correct – that’s the problem. If the police had dealt with the complaints you can guarantee that the attacker would have filed for discrimination or persecution or some crap. You are a criminal – you loose any and all privileges, that’s the way it should be imo. Look how everyone jumped up and down at the police “over reacting” to the reports of some extremists in London building bombs, they tore through the house and there was public uproar. I say kudos. Our intelligence agency keeps us safe, the airports might be a complete mess at present – but at least our buildings aren’t getting blown up. OH and limit the number of immigrants… hang on a second, I am going off subject a little :)
