Red Zed in Hastings Road (Bexhill) East Sussex

Saw a Red Zed in hastings road at 4pm ish on Sunday 20th Aug

I was in a White Vectra heading back to southampton after Visiting Mowgs!:)

    THink it was a j plate! he would not stop long enough at the light's for me to take spares off!! :)
