got mine from local music store can be plugged in line from guitar to amp and has mic in it for acustic guitar tuning, dont think it was expensive had it a few years now tho

I've had plenty over the years. Just nip into any Music store and pick one up very cheap they is too :)

guitar pro 4 ...........also runs any mpeg into tab and chords in real time , speed adjustable to get phrases and licks perfect ..............

Native Instruments Guitar Rig 2 on on the mac is the mutts, it is a amp and fx sim and hs built in tuner and stuff. great if your recording.

This is a tuner you can keep in line so you can check to make sure your guitars in tune all the time. You can also use it with a DC power supply.

Liking the workmanship but never been a fan of a headless. I'm a Gibson fan through and through so guess I'm biased! SG please...though wouldn't say no to a classic Les Paul ;)). Oh and the best piece of kit I've had in years is the ZOOM G2.1u. Absolutely phenomenal sounds and incredible amp simulation. Plus it's fully USB compatible. Oh, and you can use it to tune up...Lol! ;) :D

I havent got a clue what my FX system is... completelt lost touch with the product knowledge side of things. i think it's a Zoom and it does have a tuner. What does the USB thingy do. I mean obviously you can connect it to a comp but is it for programming the patches or recording...?

Can't play Gibsons because I'm used to the ultra thin, ultra fast necks on my Jackson, Ibanez and Washburn. I pick up my mates LP and i suck even worse!!!

wow now that strat looks amazing. You made that? Excellent. I have a burns bison at the moment which I like but I've always loved strats. Thing is if I get one I'll have 2 fairly similar guitars.

DaFox: Any more than a six note run and it all goes t1ts up for me anyway! Lol! :wack: ;) Yup, the USB is mainly for recording (two different algorithms for each effect type, one for live performance and one for direct recording). Patch editing and storage is all in-built. Rainbow ZTT: Nice :bow: Post up the SG if you can mate would be good to see more of your stuff! Massive repect to anyone that has the craftsmanship to make a decent guitar. I was asked a couple of times to paint a guitar with a design of my choosing (I'm an artist...feel free to insert the word "p1ss" at your leisure...:D) but never did do them in the end!
