I do around 30 when the light first comes on, darn't go any further, the light on mine gets brighter the lower it goes so fill up time when really bright

It depends on the car really as I have one that does about 45miles and one that does 4 miles LOL.

i never go below 1/4 so there is no chance of sucking up any shite from the tank

i dont risk it - as soon as the light starts to show i try and get to a jungle juice station.

I think someone disabled mine as it would go off 10 miles from leaving the petrol station!

I used to think that too.

But one day, low on petrol one appeared. You can't see it until it lights up.

 

 

*although if you run out of fuel waiting for it to come on, don't blame me - the bulb could have gone or something! lol
