They are notoriously difficult to remove. If you had it easy, you were lucky ;) Mine involved using a blow torch, hammer and a modified three leg puller!

Well I was lucky too then, as all I did was un-do the nut, lift the arm and 'Wiggle' it a bit and off it came!

Sounds a bit like a similar process

Hmmmm, I should be so lucky......tried removing mine a couple weeks back, cover and nuts come away easy enough but everything else seems welded together, tried "gentle persuasion" and then gave up for fear of knackering them completely!!

When I'm feeling brave I may try the modified puller route, not too sure about blow-torch - bonnet and scuttles are tatty enough as it is...unless there are any other suggestions out there,

cheers

They do look nice mate.

My Wipers are well tight as well ?

I tried to get my 3 leged puller on mine but it was to big ?

Im gonna remove the bonnet and have another go at it ! :headvswal

mine came right off

mine fall straight off :D i'm taking them both off, repairing them and rubbing them down before spraying them black and refitting, sod all this expensive replacement malarky :D

In the end i masked every inch of my car and sprayed arms on the car !

they look lovely now

yep that's another job i need to do :)

To be honest i'm tempted to just take off all the plastic trims and hand flat them and spray them with black paint
