Want to give spraying ago need help!

Hi all well i might give my new front bumper a go at spraying and fitting never done it before but got to start some time. At the moment it is gray in f/glass need some one to explain what to do put body filler over it rub it down then do again etc, untill smooth as baby bum paint the painting aint a problem its the prep work i`m unsure off any help please.

    by the time you have bought all the correct gear and marterials and proberly not do as good a job your better of taking it to a bodyshop
