Battery/electrical prob

Very annoying problem...

 

I had to jumpstart my old prelude on the weekend several times using the 300zx. Since then my stereo doesn't work, my clock is very faint and "shimmering" and most irritatingly my air con turns itself off and resets to 25 degrees ( i have remote start and like to start the car so the air con makes it nice and cool by the time I get there....now its just freaking hot)

 

Why? Why? WHY? :cry:
