Right as a Z member lives 10 metes away, we decided to see what interest there was for a meet in this area

I am sure we can get 5-10 people interested. There is grass area behind my small house where we could play footy or erm get bbq going

Should be plenty of parking, warning is a residential place so no dodgy driving

I am sure it would be a laugh

Put me down as very interested please. I will also be arranging something later in August, if you're interested.

Yep I would be

Maybe we get a stall sorted out for trading parts

Don't see why not.

In august will be inviting a couple of local MR2 boys and oh yes mustn't forget RX7 guys to keep the hubbie happy. LOL.

Oh, and there will be a small prize of the best looking car.

What do you think?

For date details and signing up refer to Thread 'Any meets in Surrey/Hampshire'

I speak to Mark who lives 10 meters away from me and has a Z. I will try to organise something this month, I just think the area we are could be a good place to meet as we are 5 mins from juction 4/4a on m3

Yep- dead easy to get to, decent amount of space for cars, BBQ, kick-about, whatever.

I'll be up for it- probably push my car around to save petrol :D

I help you push it round mate

Maybe, we could have a prize for fixing my Z's lights and speedo

Am only down the road a bit in Reading so let me know if you get any thing organised and I'll try and call in

Well do we think this should be at the weekend or evening?

In principle I can do either, but I happen to be available all afternoon this Sunday!

FWIW, in my experience weekend afternoon meets seem to work best.

Well mate, do you have BBQ, as I think we can do it this Sunday but I will need your help to organise it

Yep I've got a [cough]gas[cough] BBQ I can wheel round :D

Just need to find out if anyone can make it now!

OK people, who can make this sunday around (2 pm)

Location is at the end of Nightingale Close, near J4a on the M3- map with obvious arrow is attached.

Follow the streetmap link for more zoomable mappage.

Note that if approaching from J4a you have to go around the houses, literally, via Trunk Road which is easily recognisable by virtue of having more varieties of speed restriction per mile than any other road I've been on!

Mark

We need some names up if me and Mark are going to organise this!

I would have come up if it wasn't running like shite. It would have been my first chance to show off.

Dont worry come along still, mine runs like crap!

I don't want to risk it. As stated in a few other posts its only running on 5, but being fixed Monday. Maybe next time.

Fair mate, welcome to come down in another car lol

well maybe ifmy zed dont sell on sun at 12

I would be there Mark but I can hear the mountaing in BAVARIA calling!! Hope you have a good meet on Sunday Bud :duffer: :duffer: :duffer:

Ok

well if we dont get some names, we will nto be having a BBQ
