Been practising with the Fuji today, with a few different shots of Zeds.

Although this shot didn't turn out the way it was supposed to, I quite like it for the abstract way in which it has worked in the reverse as to what i intended :wack: (and if you don't understand what i just said, well don't ask as I don't know either  )

Having a crash course in my new Nikon D70s at the moment as the photographer for the World Hairdressing Championships in Moscow (yes, you heard right! :D) that my mom is competing in with the British Team and my other half is modelling for, has dropped out and I've been asked to cover the event for the Team! We leave on Thursday! Arrrrggggh....

looks like you have taken a picture just as you have fallen over. :x:

I like it, did you lay on the ground to take it? LOL you should see some of the positions I've been in to get just that perfect shot.

Krs, I'll e-mail it in a min, I forgot to check back, been busy on other threads

Thanks for the comments....

My Fuji S9500 has a flip screen in two directions, which means i can take high shots and low shots and still be able to see what I'm taking (It flips down and flips up) Its quite clever (well i think so) and this is the first real shooting I've done useing the flip.

What i should of done was raise the camera above the grass, half close the shutter, then lower it and take the pic, that way it would of focused on the Zed first and ignored the grass when lowered ;)

Oh and Leigh, have fun mate ;)

Thats what a piccy looks like if Barks took it LMAO!!

Tis arty Dave, nice work bud :D

Cheers both :D ;) A couple o'hundred nubile young women and lil ol' me...what were they thinking? ;)

Dave: I've been getting more into using filters recently (particularly polarizing filters) and for landscape/automobile photography the effects can be spot on (always impressed with the camera work on Top Gear for example, it's nice to see a program getting creative with it's images)
