fokkin ell, just got right scared to death!!

 

woman opened fridge, slid a glass shelf forward to put stuff on, not jammed or anything, nothing on it, and bang, the whole thing went right up glass went flying everywhere, covered the door shelves, inside, kitchen floor in hallway... fookin everywhere... i mean everywhere

 

ring hotpoint to complain and they say " do you want to buy a replacement shelf then?" fook me if i didnt reach down that phone line and rip their head off... oh shit i went mental...

 

so now i took piccies and am sending letter to them, and to watchdog also, that will make the fookers jump.. sick and tired of paying money for crap, more so now womans got 8 weeks to go it scared the life out of me when she screamed..

right gotta send letter of complaint in and piccies before they will do anything, sounded off about it to them i told them that if i am not satisfied i will take it further.

 

damn woman on phone got real arsey and tried to patronise me, so i put her in her fookin place.. and spoke to someone with more authority ..

 

woman didnt tell me she cut her hand, just saw that cleaned her up and cleaned all the glass up.. shes calmed down now.. but not a happy woman at all..
