"Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen

 

 

 

The Management has arranged a car washing company to call, therefore every Thursday a gentlemen will clean cars by rota. Each Wednesday I will send out an email advising those who are to be cleaned the following day. If you are away when it is your turn you can swap your day with someone, but LET ME KNOW WHO. At the moment is works out about every 9 weeks.

 

 

 

The cars will be washed free of charge, if you require anything further you will need to speak to **** (the cleaner) and pay him directly for any extras that you require i.e. inside clean.

 

 

 

The eight parking spaces in the middle of the car park will be reserved every Thursday for those having their cars washed.

 

 

 

If you do not wish to have your car cleaned please let me know so I can remove you from the rota."
