Renewed but not got the associated forum perks?

Renewed via Paypal, PMed the relevant person (I think?) to seek confirmation it went through ok, not heard anything back but as the title something's not happened correctly?

 

The subscription link at the top says I'm paid up until next year btw... :rolleyes:
