My 300 is off the road on SORN ATM. I was wondering if any long term owners know of any symptoms that the car may suffer from being stood for around 6 months and is there a proceedure to follow to prevent any adverse affects. I start the car twice weekly and let it run for about 20 mins each time.

remove rear lights and fit to mine

 

try and park so you dont need handbrake

make sure when you start it, you move it too, even a few feet to make sure brakes dont lock up

try not to park with the handbrake on as it can stretch the cable is the only one i can think of, but im sure somebody will give you a list bud

mine aint moved in nearly 12 months! :( The builders we had in have completely covered it in sawdust though, so i'll be getting it out within the week to wash it.
