Foldin mirror

Hi all,

 

Got a new electric mirror fitted on the drivers side after some unknown, not very nice person decided to kick it off!! :mad: :xxx: :mad:

 

Any how got one put back on and the electric mirror angle position works but it will not fold in, pluged it on the other side and it works fine, how can one side work and the other not, is the a fuse for both sides or the two of them!?!

 

I put a volt meter to the connection on the drivers door and it is clearly gettin no power, am i missing something simple or wa!!

 

Any help as usuall greatly appreciated!!
