my old man is a bike instructor and has seen what happens when people wear things like that :(

    a mate of mine was seriously injured in a bike accident at 30mph, they don't stand a chance.

     

    i used to have to wear full body armour when i was downhilling, and thats on a mountain bike FFS!!!
